This policy describes how RABI ("we", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the RABI application. It is written against the framework of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.

Information we collect

Voice input — the audio of your conversations with RABI, processed in real time to provide the service.
Conversation transcripts — text records of your conversations, retained to generate your Raasta action plan and to improve the service.
Generated documents — the Raasta plans and any drafts produced for you.
Photographs you share — images of documents you choose to show RABI during a conversation.
Government records you request — where you ask RABI to retrieve a public record on your behalf (for example a khatauni or land record), the locator details you provide (such as district, tehsil, village, khata or plot number, or a landholder name) and the retrieved document are processed and attached to your conversation record.
Account and device data — a device identifier and basic technical information used for service operation, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.

How we use your information

To conduct your conversation and provide legal information in real time.
To generate your Raasta action plan and any documents you request.
To retrieve, at your request, government records relating to the details you provide.
To maintain, secure, and improve the service, including analysis of conversations in aggregate.

How your data is processed

Conversations are processed on infrastructure operated by Google Cloud, including real-time speech models (Gemini Live), Cloud Run, Firebase, and Firestore. Audio and transcripts are transmitted over encrypted connections. Government-record retrieval is performed against official state and central portals using the details you supply during the call.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure and AI service providers named above, to the extent required to operate the service, and where required by law.

Data retention

Conversation records and generated documents are retained for service operation and improvement. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact below.

Your rights

Under the DPDP framework you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to processing. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
