RABI is a Hindi-language voice AI legal assistant. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the RABI app, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework.

Information we collect

• Voice input: the audio of your spoken legal questions during a call, processed to understand your problem and respond.
• Conversation content: transcripts and the guidance generated during your session, including your Raasta action-plan.
• Photos you share: images of documents or notices you choose to show RABI, used only to interpret them for you.
• Account & device data: basic authentication information and standard technical data needed to run the service reliably.

How we use your information

• To understand your spoken problem and provide relevant legal information and next steps.
• To generate and store your Raasta so you can revisit or share it.
• To operate, secure, and improve the quality and accuracy of the service.

How your data is processed

RABI runs on Google Cloud infrastructure. Real-time speech is processed using Google’s Gemini Live models, and application data is stored using Firebase and Firestore. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the infrastructure and AI service providers that make RABI work (such as Google Cloud), and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

Data retention

We retain conversation and account data for as long as needed to provide the service and your saved Raasta plans, and to meet legal and operational requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the DPDP framework, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at aditya@rabi.ltd.
